CLI is a non-profit organisation dedicated to elevating leadership education and understanding. We achieve this by conducting rigorous and impactful research that identifies gaps in current leadership training and explores emerging areas of leadership. Our mission is to promote best practices that foster effective and ethical leadership. We use research findings to support governments, agencies, and organisations in delivering superior services and infrastructure to the public. Through strategic partnerships and advocacy, we aim to bridge the gap between research and practice, empowering leaders to make a positive, tangible impact on society.
